            I purchased a Viking Legend 2 Spa a couple of weeks ago and I needed to contact Viking Spas regarding a concern. I utilized the contact me form on the Viking Spa Website at 10:00 pm on Sunday. The very next morning at a little after 8:00 am, I received a phone call from Kelly, the Customer Service person at Viking Spas. He was very polite and professional while he listened to me explain my concern. He informed me what I need to do and even gave me his direct phone number just in case I may need something else. Now that is certainly Great Customer Service!!!

            I have been an experienced spa owner for over 30 years and my Viking 3 is an excellent spa and even better value! Obviously, it helps if you've owned other spas and know how to handle water chemistry as previous reviews reflect. Super energy efficient and great hydrotherapy. Sorry other people aren't having the FUN I am with a great hot tub.
